Marcomm East Java Holds "Fun with Media" Media Gathering

Malang, February 7, 2025 – In an effort to strengthen relationships with media professionals and encourage creative synergy in the hospitality industry, 12 hotels within an international hotel group successfully held the event “Fun with Media: a Gathering for Creative Minds.” The event was held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at Dewa 19 Sky Lounge, Alana Hotel Malang, and was attended by media representatives and marketing communication teams from several hotels in Surabaya and Malang.

Adopting the theme “a Gathering for Creative Minds,” this event served as a platform for media industry players to discuss, share ideas, and forge closer collaborations in creating impactful relationships. Through talk shows and networking sessions, participants were invited to explore the latest trends in the media world, effective communication strategies, and the challenges faced in the ever-evolving industry.

“With this event, we hope to build closer relationships with the media and support the emergence of creative ideas that can positively impact the hospitality industry,” said Aries, Marcomm Manager of ASTON Inn Jemursari. “We believe that synergy between media players and the industry will bring fresher and more relevant innovations,” he added.

As is known, the event was attended by 12 hotels, including: ASTON Gresik, ASTON Mojokerto, ASTON Inn Jemursari, ASTON Inn Batu, The Alana Hotel Malang, The Alana Hotel Surabaya, favehotel MEX Tunjungan Surabaya, favehotel Sidoarjo, favehotel Graha Agung, favehotel Malang, Quest Hotel Darmo Surabaya, and NEO+ Waru Sidoarjo. All twelve hotels are part of one international hotel group. The event was also enlivened with various exciting activities, ranging from discussions, networking sessions, games, to a special banquet presented by Alana Hotel Malang.

Through “Fun with Media: a Gathering for Creative Minds,” the twelve hotels hope to continue fostering good relationships with the media and contribute to the development of the communication and creative industries in Indonesia.
