favehotel Solo once again demonstrates its commitment to safety and security by becoming the first hotel in the Central Archipelago International region to conduct fire drill training to prepare for potential disasters, particularly fires.

This training was held at favehotel Manahan Solo on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and at favehotel Solo Baru on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

The primary goal of this initiative is to train and equip employees with the skills to remain vigilant and calm in emergency situations, especially fire-related incidents.

The program began promptly at 3:00 PM WIB and was attended by all staff members of favehotel Solo. The event started with a theoretical session that explained safety equipment commonly used in hotels, such as smoke detectors, water sprinklers, and hydrants. Participants were also guided through the proper steps to take during a fire.

Following the theory session, the event proceeded with a fire simulation designed to mimic real-life conditions. In the simulation scenario, participants faced a situation involving smoke emerging from one of the rooms, a victim trapped inside, reporting the incident to the Hotel Manager, and executing evacuation efforts while summoning the Fire Department (Damkar).

Dimas Panji Saputro, Assistant Chief Engineering of favehotel Solo, stated, “This training aims to enhance employee readiness in dealing with emergencies, enabling them to act swiftly, effectively, and calmly to ensure the safety of guests and themselves.”

Khuswatus Solikhin, Hotel Manager of favehotel Solo, added, “We hope that through this activity, all employees will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of safety procedures. Moving forward, favehotel Solo is committed to continually improving staff competencies to provide safe and comfortable services for our guests.”
