In celebration of the year-end holiday season, the management of favehotel Solo (Manahan Solo and Solo Baru) organized an Outing and General Staff Meeting at Balkondes Karangrejo, Magelang. The event was held in two waves: December 8-9, 2024, for the first group, and December 11-12, 2024, for the second group, with participation from all employees.

The activity began with participants gathering at favehotel Manahan Solo at noon, where a group prayer was held before departing for Magelang. Upon arrival at Balkondes Karangrejo, Magelang, participants were warmly welcomed by the organizing team and treated to stunning natural scenery, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

In the evening, the event continued with the General Staff Meeting, themed "Back to School," where all participants dressed in school uniforms, evoking nostalgia for their school days. Key agenda items included departmental awards presented by Archipelago International to the Food & Beverage, Accounting, and HR Departments. These awards aimed to motivate other departments to enhance their performance further. The highlight of the evening was the Best Employee 2024 award, which recognized Kukuh Verdi from the Accounting Department at favehotel Manahan Solo and Alif Rahman from the Front Office Department at favehotel Solo Baru for their outstanding contributions.

A heartfelt moment of reflection was created through a candle-lighting ceremony, symbolizing unity, meditation, and a reminder that all employees are part of one supportive team striving to achieve common goals.

In his remarks, Khuswatus Solikhin, Hotel Manager of favehotel Solo (Manahan Solo and Solo Baru), stated: "This activity is not just a way to appreciate our employees but also a moment to strengthen our bonds. On the second day, all participants enjoyed an exhilarating rafting activity on the Elo River in Magelang. This thrilling experience fostered teamwork and camaraderie as employees faced challenges and shared moments of joy together.
