favehotel Solo Baru proudly received an award at the 2024 Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSLP) Award ceremony for Sukoharjo Regency. The event occurred on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the Menara Wijaya Integrated Office Building in Sukoharjo Regency.

During the ceremony, favehotel Solo Baru was awarded first place in the Environmental category. This recognition was given in acknowledgment of the hotel’s efforts to support environmental preservation through a fruit seed planting initiative along the banks of the Masdulkabi River in Baki, Sukoharjo.

The fruit tree planting program aims to enhance greening in the riverbank area while offering long-term benefits to the local community. In addition to improving the environmental quality, the fruit trees are expected to provide a yield that the residents can use for daily needs or economic potential.

Khuswatus Solikhin - Hotel Manager favehotel Solo Baru, expressed his gratitude for the award and reaffirmed the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability. "At favehotel Solo Baru, we believe environmental sustainability is a shared responsibility. Through the fruit seed planting program along the riverbanks, we hope to make a meaningful contribution that benefits both the environment and the surrounding community," said Khuswatus.

The Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSLP) program in Sukoharjo Regency is an initiative by the local government aimed at encouraging companies to become more actively involved in social responsibility activities that have a positive impact on the environment and the community. The Sukoharjo Regency government hopes that through this program, a synergy will be created between the business sector and the government to realize a greener and more sustainable environment.

With this award, favehotel Solo Baru is more determined than ever to continue supporting environmental programs in the future as part of the hotel’s contribution to sustainable development in Sukoharjo.
