Pamanukan, May 31, 2024 - Favehotel Pamanukan proudly held the Favehotel Pamanukan Culinary Battle on May 31, 2024. This lively culinary competition successfully attracted enthusiastic participation from several schools in West Java, competing to showcase their chicken-based dish creations.
The Favehotel Pamanukan Culinary Battle aims to inspire and challenge young talents in the culinary world to explore their creativity and skills. The event was attended by judges whose capabilities are beyond doubt: Chef Windoe as the Corporate Executive Chef of Archipelago International, Chef Risman as the Corporate Executive Pastry Chef of Archipelago International, Chef Sigit as the Food and Beverage Director of Harper Cikarang, and Chef Riswan as the Executive Chef of Favehotel Pamanukan. This event not only served as a platform for young chefs to showcase their skills but also encouraged the exchange of culinary ideas and techniques among the participants.

The Culinary Battle concluded with an awards ceremony where the top three were honored for their outstanding dishes: First Place went to Khairunissa from the Bandung Culinary Academy, Second Place to Syafina from SMKS Al Huda Kedungwungu, and Third Place to Fachri from SMK Al-Manshuriyah Tasikmalaya.
